Requirements:

• Original completed Application for Utility Dealer Registration.
• Lease - Copy in the name of the owner/business.
• Original service agreement with an approved New Hampshire Inspection station if you do not have your own.
• Original Criminal background check for each owner for New Hampshire and state of residency.
• Surety bond of $25,000, in the legal business name and legal business address.
• Successfully completion of the title/dealer class is required upon approval.

Location Requirements:

• Same as above.
• A permanent physical structure that has at least 750 sq. ft. or is primarily dedicated to the business of selling vehicles.
• Only dirt floors are allowed for heavy equipment of farm equipment.

Usage:

• Plates may only be used on non-motorized vehicles, modular buildings or chassis with specialized equipment that are being retrofitted and sold.
• May sell retail, wholesale or exchange non-motorized vehicles.
• No personal use is permitted.
• Plates may not be put on non-motorized vehicles without a valid NH inspection sticker.
• Loaning of plates prohibited.
