Pay a Restoration Fee

You may pay a Restoration Fee by calling the Credit Card payment line at 1-800-272-0036 or by submitting the following information in an envelope and placing it in the Concord Drop Box ONLY:

• Note indicating what payment is for, and include name and date of birth
• Appropriate fee depending on what type of restoration fee is being made (made payable to “State of NH-DMV”)
