Transfer Out of State Commercial Driver License with Hazmat Endorsement
If you have moved to New Hampshire and need to transfer your out of state Commercial Driver License with a Hazmat Endorsement, you must request a Transfer Out of State License appointment. The following are requirements for all applicants:
- Completed Commercial Driver License Application (DSMV 312)
- Proof of Identity and Residency. Please review our Required Documents list for the type of license you wish to get: REAL ID compliant or non-compliant (not REAL ID).
- Appropriate Fee
- Vision Test
- Valid Medical Certificate (unless exempt)
- Fingerprints through TSA and your results must be back before you will be allowed to test.
- Hazmat Knowledge test will be given (please review the CDL Manual)
- You may be required to bring additional documents to your specific appointment. Please review the list below:
- Permanent Residents/Refugees/Asylees/VISA and Work Authorization Card Holders should review the required documents for Non US citizens.
