What you need to know about Title Agents.
This page is for use specifically by all licensed dealers (in-state and out-of-state), as well as New Hampshire lienholders and out-of-state lienholders. Other title agents, such as NH Town and City Clerks, and New Hampshire tow companies and salvage yards may also find this page useful.
Title Application Certification
Currently, all out-of-state licensed dealers are required to be certified on how to prepare a NH title application by taking an online class. All lienholders may be required by the Division of Motor Vehicles to complete this online course as well. The class takes about 30 minutes to complete. It has several quizzes which must be passed with a minimum score of 70%. Once successfully completed, a certificate may be printed and the class can be reviewed at any time. To request access to this online class you must email the Title Bureau at email@example.com and include the following information:
- The name of your organization
- The address of your organization
- The telephone number of your organization
- The fax number of your organization
- The full name of the person making the request
- The email address of the person making the request
The job title of the person making the request
The Title Bureau will then contact the requestor and provide him/her with a password for an account created for your organization.
