Duplicate Title
Here's what you need to submit to request a duplicate title.
Please submit the following information in an envelope and place it in one of the Drop Box locations:
- Application for Duplicate Title (TDMV 18)
- $25.00 fee (made payable to “State of NH-DMV”)
